Titan builds both around real Alaska use: gas lines and electrical run on the same trench as your paver patio, fire features set on engineered base to outlast frost, pergolas anchored to footings that don’t heave in spring.
The result is an outdoor room that’s ready May through September, drains cleanly into October, and overwinters without a tarp.
