Full-service residential landscape design for Alaska.
Titan LLC is a design-build landscape and sitework company serving Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. We handle the entire residential landscape under one roof — grading and fill, hydroseed and sod lawns, tree and shrub planting, walkways and steps, retaining walls and boulder work — designed as one cohesive plan and installed by the same in-house team start to finish.
A finished yard isn’t a pile of separate projects — it’s one design, graded right, drained right, and planted to come back stronger every Alaska summer.
Anchorage hillsides, Eagle River bluffs, and the wide Mat-Su Valley reward a yard that’s planned as a whole. Frost heave, breakup runoff, short growing seasons, and long UV summers all decide whether a lawn takes, a tree survives, and a walkway stays level. Titan designs every residential landscape around those forces from the first site walk — setting grades and drainage first, then building the hardscape and planting on top of a base that’s ready for it.
The result is a yard that drains where it should, greens up fast, and gets more established every season — not one you’re regrading and replanting every spring.
What we do
From a single backyard to a full commercial site, Titan self-performs the whole scope — design, sitework, hardscape, lawns, and planting — so the grades, drainage, and finish all answer to one plan. Explore each service below.

One crew, one plan, in the right order — so the lawn and planting go down over a base that’s already graded, drained, and built to hold.
We walk the property, read the grades and drainage, and lay out the whole yard as one plan.
Fill, rough and finish grading, and drainage go in first — the base everything else is built on.
Retaining walls, walkways, steps, and boulder work set the structure and usable space of the yard.
Topsoil, trees, shrubs, and beds go in, then hydroseed or sod over amended, finish-graded soil.
We walk the finished yard with you, clean up the site, and leave you with how to keep it thriving.
