    Walk the parcel. Soils, sun exposure, drainage, setbacks, utility access, and Alaska frost considerations. Unit count and layout get pressure-tested against the pro forma before a single line gets drawn.

    Design & Permitting

    Multi-family floor plans, fire-separation drawings, utility metering layouts, and MOA or Mat-Su Borough submittals. Our team handles permits — you don’t chase paperwork.

    Foundation & Framing

    Frost-protected foundations engineered for your soils. Multi-family framing with proper shear walls, party-wall fire assemblies, and the structural envelope that holds Alaska snow load.

    Weather-In & MEP Rough

    Roof, windows, doors, exterior wrap — weather-tight before winter regardless of season. Separate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC stacks roughed per unit for clean independent metering.

    Insulation, Drywall & Finishes

    5-star-rated insulation. Drywall, trim, cabinets, flooring, paint, and fixtures — matched across units for consistent rent-ready presentation.

    Walk-Through & Per-Unit Hand-Off
