Why Anchorage & Mat-Su hire Titan

Built for Alaska. Run by Alaskans.

Three reasons commercial property managers across Anchorage, Palmer, Wasilla, and Big Lake stay with us season after season — through the easy winters and the ones that bury the parking signs.

Experienced Alaska snow management team icon

Experienced team

Operators who’ve plowed the same lots for a decade. Mechanics on staff. A dispatcher who knows your site map by name — not a call center.

Modern snow plowing equipment icon

Modern fleet

Plows, loaders, skid steers, sanders, and haul trucks — maintained 24/7 in our own shop. If a machine goes down, the backup is already warm.

Customized snow and ice service plan icon

Site-specific plans

Trigger depths, priority zones, ice protocols, no-push areas, snow stockpile locations. Mapped before the season. Followed during it.

How a storm runs

From the first forecast to the all-clear walkthrough.

Here’s exactly what happens between a storm warning and a clear, salted lot at sunrise — whether your property is in downtown Anchorage or out in the Mat-Su Valley. Same eight steps, every event.

  1. 01

    Storm watch & client check-in

Forecast hits the threshold. Titan’s designated point of contact reaches out to your staff with the timeline and the plan.

  2. 02

    On-site conditions check

Staff walks the property — measurements, surface temps, existing pack, hazard spots. The site map gets updated before the snow does.

  3. 03

    Crew notification

Operators get advance notice via text. Confirmations required. No one finds out about a 4 a.m. push the morning of.

  4. 04

    Pre-event equipment checks

Every plow, sander, loader, and skid steer gets walked by our in-house mechanics. Backups staged. Fuel topped. Cutting edges checked.

  5. 05

    Dispatch & call-out

Supervisor and admin staff issue the call-out with site meet times. Everyone knows where to be and when — before tires touch the road.

  6. 06

    High-priority zones first

Lead operators clear fire lanes, main entrances, and ADA access first. Secondary areas follow. Your site map dictates the order, not the truck route.

  7. 07

    Quality control walk

Site supervisor walks completed zones. Anything missed gets fixed before the truck leaves. De-ice goes down on the way out.

  8. 08

    Summary report

Lead supervisors send a written recap — what happened, what got hauled, what to watch for next. Documented for your records and your insurer.

Lock in your winter slot before the first storm.

Commercial routes across Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley fill before snowfall every year. The properties on contract get cleared first — everyone else waits in line.
