Chris Dietrich has over 20 years in the Construction Industry. For the last ten years, he has heavily focused on the public and private sectors. The majority of these projects were in the Midwest and Florida regions ranging from small residential to several hundred-million-dollar government contracts. Due to the diversity of these contracts, he has obtained a wide range of knowledge and experience in planning and managing projects. Chris prides himself in watching the project take root and watching it flourish to completion. In his spare time, Chris has been a Little League and Babe Ruth baseball coach. Virgil started his construction career early when in junior high he helped build a spec house in Anchorage. From there he developed into a journey carpenter building everything from houses to schools. He worked summers in Anchorage and the Bush villages of Alaska which helped him become well versed in all phases of construction. As his experience grew over the last 35 years, he naturally progressed to Forman, Superintendent and eventually Project Manager. One of his favorite and successful eras in his career was leading a team in the construction of over 20 remote air combat instrumentation sites, including tower installs. This work was tough but enjoyable and only accessible by helicopter. Virgil worked with Titan on projects as a representative for the General Contractor before deciding to become a salesperson for the company. This familiarity in Titan’s work made the transition to selling a natural fit because he feels it is “very rewarding to offer the best solutions for people who take pride in their homes and businesses.” During the winters when construction slowed down, he was able to spend 25+ years working as a professional ski patroller, specializing in avalanche work. He also has worked as a Heli ski guide in Alaska where he had the opportunity to help make over 10 adventure ski movies for Warren Miller. Virgil in his spare time enjoys Alaska year-round for its fishing, skiing and good outdoor fun. He adventures around Alaska with his three dogs and takes advantage of every minute of it.
