TODD CHRISTIANSON
President & CEO

Todd Christianson started out in the lawn and landscaping business at 18 years old and has been in the sitework and construction business ever since. Having been in the sitework contracting business in Alaska for over three decades, Todd's experience and resume puts him in a unique class in Alaska sitework construction. He has overseen the site-work for over 250 commercial projects, including high profile projects like the Sea Life Park in Seward and the final landscape construction of Anchorage’s town square. His Design/Build projects are the staple point of some of the best residential subdivisions in Alaska, such as: Prominence Point, Resolution Point, Crossview Estates and The Terraces. Todd is a former UAA Seawolf hockey player and is very well known in the hockey circles. He was the founder of the Anchorage Jr. Aces Competitive Hockey league and is a former professional youth coach who was fortunate enough to coach four different age levels to the USA Hockey National Championship.

KEVIN THOMPSON
Construction General Manager

Kevin is a lifelong Alaskan and brings a wealth of experience (over 20 plus years) to the Alaskan landscaping, site work and snow removal industries. Kevin began his career as a crewman and has held almost every position in the landscape construction division. He is currently serving as the Construction General Manager for all summer and winter operations. Kevin is a goal driven team leader who helps promote a safety-first work environment. He strives to implement, develop, and educate all work crews and equipment operators in the safest and most efficient practices in our industries. He has extensive knowledge of Alaskan zoned horticulture and possess a range of skills for landscape design implementation and installation for new construction and complete renovations of existing sites.

Kevin has estimated, coordinated, supervised, provided all logistical support and project management on multiple commercial and residential projects from start to finish within a broad range of public and private projects, including: new vertical construction, education facilities (ASD & UAA), military facilities (JBER), medical facilities, parks and greenspaces, roadways and bike trails (Municipality of Anchorage & State of Alaska). Kevin is very client oriented and will work to find solutions that best meet his client’s needs and desires to get projects completed on-time and within budgets. He enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task as needed to get the job done for small- or large-scale projects. Kevin is looking forward to the future to continue his personal growth and education and to grow the Titan brand in the landscape construction and snow removal industry. Kevin has been married for 15 years, has 3 children, and currently resides in Anchorage, Alaska.

RENEE DAVIES-ECKLUND
Chief Operating Officer / Administrative Manager

Renee Davies-Ecklund has more than 22 years in Accounting, Human Resources, Contract Administration and Project Management.  Renee was one of the first employees hired at Titan when it started in 2010.  Renee supports the Titan team in all departments from hiring, marketing, sales and project management.  Prior to Titan, she was CFO and General Manager to Sullivan Stone Factory, Inc. where she held the masonry contractor trade license C-29 for the company.  Her management experience for this company was reading blueprints, bidding, submitting proposals, ordering materials and project managing.  Her most successful project was the Fairmont Grand Del Mar Resort and Clubhouse in Del Mar, CA. She was the onsite Lead Project Manager for custom stone installation. During a two-year period, she oversaw 150 employees and completed $9.6 million dollars of work. She is married, has two children, and has lived in Anchorage, AK since 2006

ALEX GRANT
Senior Estimator/Consultant

Alex Grant traveled from Vermont to Alaska 25 years ago to commercial fish in Kodiak. He enjoys everything Alaska has to offer and never left. He lived in Fairbanks for 17 years until moving to Anchorage in 2013.  Alex has been in the construction industry for over 25 years where he has worked in various positions such as Project Manager, Project Engineer and Field Superintendent. Alex has managed projects of various sizes ranging from residential construction to large mid hundred million dollar commercial builds. He is excited to apply his skills to the Site Work Industry.   When Alex is not teaching his daughter how to ski and fish, he likes to get out to the rink and play hockey from time to time.

CHRIS DIETRICH
Construction Operations Manager

Chris Dietrich has over 20 years in the Construction Industry. For the last ten years, he has heavily focused on the public and private sectors. The majority of these projects were in the Midwest and Florida regions ranging from small residential to several hundred-million-dollar government contracts. Due to the diversity of these contracts, he has obtained a wide range of knowledge and experience in planning and managing projects. Chris prides himself in watching the project take root and watching it flourish to completion. In his spare time, Chris has been a Little League and Babe Ruth baseball coach. He is very passionate about his family and just recently relocated to Anchorage, Alaska.

LUKAS MILLEN
Estimator / Project Manager

Lukas Millen was born in Cologne, Germany and moved to Anchorage, Alaska when he was four years old. His family, friends and clients know him as Luke. He enjoys all the unique qualities that Alaska selflessly has to offer. Even though Luke is an avid hockey player and enjoys fishing, family is a high priority to him. He spends twice the amount of time with his two older sisters and his mother. He has been in the construction industry since he was 16 years old. He has worked with the State of Alaska reconstructing and repairing roads including being one of the first responders for the road reconstruction caused by the 2018 Anchorage Earthquake. Luke has held several different positions over the course of his civil construction career, starting as a laborer to quality control and eventually running heavy equipment. Luke is currently majoring in Construction Management at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

ARON GRANT
Estimator / Project Manager

Before relocating to Anchorage joining the Titan team, Aron Grant owned and sold various construction-based businesses.  He started his first company after being drafted out of high school for baseball.  Due to an injury, he took his signing bonus and bought his first company.  He started with Sprinkler and Concrete businesses until he evolved into the landscaping business.  He operated his own construction company for over 20 years where he managed over 30 employees.  He has extensive experience in landscape design and installation. His expertise includes retaining walls, fences, decks, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, sprinkler systems and concrete/paver patios.  Aron has four children including a new baby boy, Hutch, that was born just before moving to Alaska.  He really has enjoyed his first summer in Alaska between all the activities like hunting, fishing and golfing to meeting all of the wonderful new clients of Titan.  Aron is very excited about all the opportunities he has available to him since moving his family to Alaska.

THEMBA MAPHOSA
Estimator / Project Manager

Themba joins the Titan Team with over 30 years in the Landscaping Industry. He began his career at the University of Washington studying Landscape Architecture. He has designed landscapes for several large   home builders; Lennar, Kimbell Hill, US Homes, Koffman & Broad and Toll Brothers.  Themba has also designed three Master Plan parks and 70 model complexes in Las Vegas, NV. Themba enjoys walking clients every step of the way in the landscaping project process from design to installation and maintenance. Themba’s extreme attention to detail makes him the perfect person to help you design the highest quality outdoor space for you and your family. He specializes in high details projects which include ponds, waterfalls, concrete landscapes, and outdoor kitchens Outside of work, his favorite way to spend his time is doing traditional Alaska activities with his family such as camping, and fishing
